By using mednikovadesign.com, you agree to comply with the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the
United Arab Emirates.

1. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, design concepts, and layouts, is the intellectual property of MEDNIKOVA Design Services. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments and Bookings

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your project slot.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due before final delivery of design materials.
  • VAT: All prices are subject to 5% VAT where applicable according to UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
  • Late Payments: A 5% weekly penalty may apply to overdue invoices.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after commencement, fees will apply based on the volume of work completed. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to breach of contract or non-payment.

4. Project Timelines
Project schedules are estimates and begin only after receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. Delays in client feedback will result in adjusted timelines.

5. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
