SINCE CHILDHOOD, I WAS RARELY INTERESTED IN PLAYING WITH DOLLS
I WAS FAR MORE PASSIONATE ABOUT DRAWING. THAT PASSION LED ME TO ART SCHOOL, AND LATER TO AN ARCHITECTURE UNIVERSITY,
WHERE I BEGAN FOLLOWING MY TRUE CALLING: CREATING BEAUTIFUL AND HARMONIOUS SPACES.
My name is Victoriia Mednikova.
I am the founder of Mednikova Design studio — a practice born, like everything in my life, from a love of art and a desire to create spaces where harmony and inspiration reign.
From an early age I was never without a pencil or brush. I studied at art school and then continued my journey at the School of Architecture, graduating with a degree in Architectural Environments.
In my work, I develop interiors from the initial concept all the way through to the detailed design of every element.
Even as a student I understood that the world of design was not just a career — it was my passion. After graduating I worked at a design studio, gaining experience across a wide range of projects, and in 2020 I founded my own independent practice.
My particular strength lies in space planning. I believe that a well-considered layout is the foundation of comfort and functionality in any interior. Combined with a strong aesthetic sensibility, this allows us to create spaces that are not only beautiful but deeply liveable.
