Site Survey

We carry out precise measurements of the space: wall heights, door widths, window positions and all architectural features. All measurements are recorded to create an accurate floor plan and develop the design concept. This stage ensures the technical precision and correctness of all project decisions.

Space Planning

Developing layout solutions is one of the most important stages in creating a design project. We develop several layout options taking into account functional requirements, zoning, furniture placement, engineering systems and circulation flow. We typically present 2–3 options to find the most comfortable and harmonious solution.

Concept Collages

A conceptual solution in the form of collages — this is the stage where the overall visual idea of the project takes shape. Collages give a clear representation of colour combinations, materials, furniture and decor, helping the client to better understand the design direction. This approach helps to avoid numerous revisions at the 3D visualisation stage.

3D Visualisation

At the 3D visualisation stage, we create photorealistic images of the interior using existing furniture and the materials proposed in the project. This allows the client to see how the chosen elements will look in the space and to evaluate the combination of textures and colours before construction begins.

Working Drawings

The working drawings stage involves creating detailed technical plans that include all necessary solutions for builders. The drawings contain precise dimensions, furniture installation instructions, lighting, plumbing and electrical plans, as well as detailed construction details. They are clear and can be used by all specialists on site.

Material Schedule

At the material schedule stage, we compile a complete list of all finishes, furniture, lighting and plumbing fixtures to be used in the project. The schedule includes information on selected finishing materials, furniture, lighting and sanitary ware — simplifying the procurement process and ensuring accuracy in project execution.
