Alexandria Residence, Saint Petersburg, 80 m² apartment
The client for this project is a young woman — modern, yet restrained — which is probably why the interior turned out so minimalistic, light, and full of character at the same time.
The main request was to create a comfortable interior with elements of neoclassicism in calm, understated tones. The use of wood and natural textures was an important part of creating a cozy yet contrasting space. The color palette feels soft and easy on the eyes, making you want to completely “sink into” the textures.
To balance the calm and serene atmosphere, we added accent porcelain stoneware and brass details in selected areas throughout the apartment.
We made the main living area both beautiful and highly functional. This project perfectly demonstrates how thoughtful zoning can completely transform a space: there is a cozy area for watching favorite movies, while right next to it is a comfortable dining area.
